MORE COMPLEX SONNET VARIATIONS

An 18 line sonnet where heroic couplets are added to two stanzas of iambic pentameter octave, and we end up with one quatrain, two sestets, and a couplet or alternatively the sonnet is made up of four quatrains and a couplet.

This consists of an heroic couplet, two, three foot tails and another heroic couplet to an Italian sonnet, rhyming, abbaabba, cdecde eeffgg making it 20 lines long.

Fifteen sonnets are linked together on this form. Each line of the first sonnet provides the first or last line of the following fourteen sonnets.

Seven sonnets are linked in this form by using the last line of the sonnet as the beginning line of the next. The last line of the last sonnet is the first line of the first sonnet. As the seven sonnets are considered all one poem, rhyme words cannot be repeated unless it is a repeat line.
