I Walk Alone....Divino Sonetto I walk alone with nobody by my side With only a moon and stars to guide But that is just how I intended to be For I am a loner and wish to be free I speak only to birds upon the bough My words shall be as softly spoken Lest the bonds between us are broken shall never break a promised vow Yet sleep on a bed of herbal thyme Deep within precious dreams sublime Until the dawn awakens a sunlit sky A joy within nature`s blessed rhyme A morning breath that lends a sigh If it is alone I shall be, hither go I. |
