Leonard Cohen's Old Ideas Tour, Amsterdam 2012....Trinidad Sonnet Last night, music made me feel young again at Leonard Cohen's Old Ideas world tour. Musicians, singers and audience attained a special state of shared and warm delight; only smiling faces, shining and pure, sharing sweet memories, this special night. My heart was uplifted, right from the start, people were swaying, along with the band; of the air thus created, all took part. A feeling of oneness slowly spread out - he sang song after song all live, not canned. A master of ballads he is, no doubt! Last night, music made me feel young again, my heart was uplifted, right from the start. |
